Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Rivermark Birch Arts Center is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
