Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Fernwood Meadow Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Portland, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on resident services for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
