Northwind Sparrow Care Services is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
