Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Westbrook Fern Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Boise. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 438 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
