Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Harborlight Cedar Arts Center is an arts centre in Toledo with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
