Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Lumen Vale Housing is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare reports on resident services for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
