Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Lumen Harbor Care Services supports families and individuals in Oakland with personal care and coordination, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
