Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Westbrook Basin Arts Center is an arts centre in Honolulu with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
