Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Bright Juniper Civic Services is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on procurement for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
