Nova Ridge Property Management is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on unit turnovers for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
