Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Haven Early Learning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
