Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Summit Union Care Services provides in-home and community support in Buffalo. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
