Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Highbridge Stone Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Phoenix, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 481 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
