Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Redstone River Community Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
