Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Nova Timber Learning Group is an education provider in Rochester serving students and families. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
