Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Bluepeak Meadow Early Learning is an early-learning provider in New Orleans, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
