Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Ironwood Lakeside Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
