Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Ember Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
