Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Highbridge Forge Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Salt Lake City working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
