Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Fernwood Mill Arts Center is an arts centre in San Diego with a full calendar of events, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 168 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
