Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Lumen Iron Property Management is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on unit turnovers for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
