Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Sparrow Care Services Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
