Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Fernwood River Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Honolulu. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on school calendars for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
