Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Harborlight River Housing provides affordable homes and support services around St. Louis, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
