Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Bright Loom Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Rochester. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 955 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
