Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Clearpath Rook Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Toledo. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on rent assistance for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
