Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Redstone Forge Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Indianapolis, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on client records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
