Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Amberfield Harbor Transit Planning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
