Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Highbridge Nest Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Madison. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Families are partners. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
