Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Westbrook Keystone Arts Center is an arts centre in Nashville with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
