Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Bright Sable Property Management is a Salt Lake City property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on resident events for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
