Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Pike Early Learning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 574 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
