Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Northwind Nest Community Partners is a nonprofit in Tulsa supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
