Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Greenridge Amber Early Learning runs childcare centres in Virginia Beach caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
