Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Summit Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on student accounts for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
