Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Clearpath Rowan Transit Planning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
