Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Summit Junction Community Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
