Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Bluepeak Corner Early Learning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 220 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
