Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Summit Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 7 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on lease renewals for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
