Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Stonegate Sable Community Partners is a nonprofit in El Paso supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
