Bright Pine Housing is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
