Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Lumen Nest Housing Partners provides affordable homes and support services around Houston, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on maintenance stores for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
