Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Lumen Haven Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Columbus area, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 998 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
