Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Nova North Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Charlotte caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
