Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Silverline Juniper Care Services provides in-home and community support in Buffalo, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on client records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
