Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Rivermark Lantern Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Portland, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 796 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
