Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Bluepeak Ember Community Partners is a Providence charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
