Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Cedar Basin Arts Center is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 830 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
