Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Westbrook Glen Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Tulsa, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
