Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Silverline Wren Arts Center is an arts centre in Indianapolis with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
